Please give 24 hours cancellation or rescheduling notice for all treatments. This allows us the time to rebook those slots

Less than 24 hours notice will result in a charge equal to 20% of the reserved treatment amount or the loss of your deposit.

​

You can cancel or change your booking up to 24 hours in advance of your visit with no extra charge.

​

"No shows" will  be charged at 20% of the reserved treatment amount or the loss of your deposit.

​

All online bookings require a 20% deposit at the time of booking. All deposits are fully refundable if you cancel with at least 24 hours notice.

​

For all in store bookings the 20% cancellation/no show charge may be taken from your saved card details.
